We are located in the Blue Mountains and offer services within our own community and to those further afield via Telehealth. Deborah and Sandy are experienced clinical psychologists who understand life can bring challenges in many forms.  We are here to assist you in navigating life’s challenges.

We understand ordinary life struggles and pressures can lead us to get caught in unhelpful, patterns of feeling, thinking, and action. We enjoy working with people to help identify and change these patterns, so greater clarity, ease and wellbeing is achieved.
